Taking a mental health day tomorrow.
So fucking stressed. Haven’t really been eating, basically forcing myself and then forcing myself to try and not throw it up. Constant headache for about 4 days now. Cleaning has been my distraction. I don’t want to deal with school right now. I want to be with friends, but I feel I will be a Debbie Downer almost if I hang out with them. Fuck.
